Prior to joining Whitelaw McDonald in 1997, Terry had previously worked for a major insurer defending motor accident injury claims followed by working for two Newcastle firms for a total of eight years acting for insured accident victims.

Terry’s major field of practice is that of personal injury/motor accident matters together with District Court and Supreme Court actions in the field of occupiers liability, common law and medical negligence.

Terry has extensive experiences in the preparation and conduct of major claims involving catastrophic injuries. One of Terrys’ recent Supreme Court maters attracted extensive media publicity when a school boy injured during his formative years by extensive bullying was awarded almost one million dollars.
