Barry Kilby

Barry has worked for Whitelaw McDonald Solicitors since 1994.

For the past 18 years he has worked predominantly in workers compensation matters but more particularly Industrial Deafness cases.

During his time at this firm he has also worked in the following areas:

  • Conveyancing
  • Criminal matters including work in the Criminal Court of Appeal
  • Lease matters
  • Wills, Power of Attorney & Enduring Guardianship
  • Common Law matters
  • Motor Vehicle Accident matters

Barry has developed a seminar series that he has presented to various Aged Care facilities in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas.

Barry was appointed as Community Member to the NSW State Parole Authority in 2006.

When not assisting clients, Barry is a member of the NSW Scouts. As well as assisting with the running of Scouts and Venturers, Barry is involved with the delivery of training courses.
